The theSalt Block team consists of experienced professionals from various fields, including blockchain, social media, marketing, and content creation. The team is committed to building a fair, transparent, and decentralized ecosystem that empowers users to monetize their influence and contribute to a more equitable digital economy.

The team is led by co-founders Neil Meintjes and Murray Legg who have a combined experience of 38+ years in the technology, digital media, e-commerce, influencer marketing and crypto space.

Neil has 20+ years of ICT, Digital Media, Mobile and Internet experience and co-founded Crypto Banter, a popular Crypto and Youtube media platform. Neil also headed up the Business Development team at Seedify, a leading Gaming, Metaverse and AI launchpad, launching over 50 Crypto Gaming projects during his time there.

Murray has 18+ years of Entrepreneurial, Investment, Finance and Influencer Marketing experience and Co-founded Webfluential, a pioneering global influencer marketing business. Murray also built theSalt South Africa, a Web2 Nano-influencer marketing platform with 340 0000 active influencers on board. Recently, Murray launched Photochromic, a B2B gateway that enables safe online interactions without giving away critical personal data built on NFT technology.
