# Proof of Influence (PoI)

 Proof of Influence (PoI) is a unique consensus mechanism designed to measure and quantify social influence endeavors. PoI utilizes a combination of factors, such as engagement, reach, and content quality, to accurately assess a user's delivery of influence within the ecosystem. PoI ensures that users are fairly rewarded for their influence by assigning a PoI score, which determines the number of $NANO a user can earn for their contributions.
